General information on returns

Please allow 7 business days to process your return

Returns for orders placed through our website will be credited to the card used at time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. To return a phone order, you will need to provide the original credit card number and expiration date in order to receive a refund. Please email onlineorders@fasseasjewelers.com or call 973.533.1114 to process your phone order return.

Only the original purchaser may obtain a refund or credit card credit when the merchandise is returned in its original condition, and is unaltered in any way. A check will be issued for cash refunds. All credit card refunds will be given in the form of the original payment. All credits or refunds will be issued less any shipping and handling fees.

Only merchandise purchased from Fasseas Jewelers will be accepted for return.

Regular merchandise

A full refund will be issued to the purchaser for merchandise returned and received by Fasseas Jewelers within 10 days of receipt of merchandise less any shipping or handling fees that were charged. Merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received. Used, scratched or altered merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We will notify you by e-mail or phone call within three business days if your online order is out of stock.

Online Sale Merchandise and Discontinued Merchandise

A store credit will be issued to the purchaser for online sale merchandise or items labeled discontinued that is returned and received by Fasseas Jewelers within 10 days of receipt of merchandise less any shipping or handling fees that were charged. If merchandise is marked final sale, it cannot be returned. No price adjustments on sale merchandise.

Personalized orders or engraved items,

All items that have been altered, custom made or special ordered are not returnable.

Diamond purchases

There are no returns on diamonds. We will do a private in-person consultation at Fasseas Jewelers for any trade-ins.
